I help leaders put AI to work by doing the work first.

I've spent more than 20 years building, launching and selling software products, including an email security company I co-founded and sold. Today I build AI systems for my own teams, and I'm bringing that experience into executive education: how AI is changing the way work gets done, and how to bring people along.

What I'm working on

  • Practice

    Turning SOPs into automated workflows

Helping companies take the procedures they already follow and hand the repeatable parts to AI, so people spend their time on judgment calls.

  • Experiment

A product team made of AI agents

Running seven AI agents, each with a product management role, across all my projects. I'm documenting where they help and where a human still has to step in.

  • Tool

    Problem Discovery Orchestrator

An AI skill that walks teams through customer problem discovery using Teresa Torres's continuous discovery and Opportunity Solution Trees, with a learn mode for teaching the method.

  • Teaching

AI courses for the Massachusetts workforce

Working on a team that is developing AI courses for Massachusetts workers and employers, and taking part in a fireside chat for an executive education program.

Bringing the operator's view into the classroom

After 20 years of building and selling software companies, I'm moving into executive education. My focus is AI and workforce development: helping leaders decide what AI should take on and how to prepare their people for it. I also know the delivery side: I designed and built a learning platform with a course builder, video lessons and assessments.

  • Speaking

    Fireside chat, executive education program

A conversation with executives about putting AI to work inside real companies, drawn from what I'm building and testing now.

  • Curriculum

AI courses for the Massachusetts workforce

I'm on a team developing AI courses that help Massachusetts workers and employers adapt as AI changes their jobs.

AboutEntrepreneur in residence

Why I want to work with universities

Students and faculty are building ventures in the middle of the biggest change to knowledge work in decades. I've co-founded three companies, sold one, run product inside the acquirer, served as CTO, and killed products when the evidence said to. I still write code every week.

As an entrepreneur in residence, I want to give founders on campus the operator's view: how to find a real problem, test it cheaply, and use AI to move faster without fooling themselves.

What I bring to a campus
  • Office hours and mentoring for student and faculty founders
  • Executive education on AI adoption and workforce change
  • Hands-on help building AI prototypes and workflows
  • Connections between campus ventures and industry buyers
